The Victorious March of Alexander

Alexander set off on his campaign from the town of Thessalonica in Macedonia, which had been named after his sister Thessalonica.

He went as far as the ends of Asia Minor and Egypt. His conquests did not entail catastrophes but instead, a trove of civilization.

Alexander’s grave is located near Alexandria in Egypt and was discovered by Greek archaeologist Mrs. Liana Souvaltzi.

I will present this hand woven embroidered card to the President of Egypt, Mr. Hosni Mubarak.

By my gestures of gifting these embroidered cards to world-renowned personalities, I wish to to uplift my country, Greece, and trumpet its greatness to the world.
